My company is in search of an inspection service for printed circuit boards.
We develop designs of PC Boards to be used with "dummy" components. The
boards are built for us, according to our Gerber CAD data.
These boards are used for placement, process testing, solder training, and a
variety of other applications to numerous to mention here.
As the components get smaller, the pitches get tighter, and the technology
involved gets more advanced, the designs get more complicated.
Since these boards are being used for such a variety of applications, by
people with widely varying needs and skills, we need to monitor their
characteristics more closely than ever before.
I am hoping that other subscribers can recommend to us a service that is
capable of reviewing our boards as they are built to advise us of whether
they are built to both industry specifications and design specifications.
The service should be familiar with the latest component technology and be
capable of making recommendations to enhance the designs.
