Please correct me if I'm wrong. I thought Technet allowed no links or attachments. I see no links in the one I received just your web address. I went there and was really impressed.

It may be a firewall problem on your end, there's been a couple of
Technetters that couldn't open the page too. But if you try and get there
without going through a firewall (computer at home), you should get there
fine...
