Damn! 23-years? I'm kinda' speech-less...so much for company loyalty huh? I
hope you got some sort of severance package.

Upper management and Human Resource types wonder why it's so hard to keep
good people in their organizations...I think this speaks for itself. You have
to wonder, if it can happen to Richard, can it happen to me?

Hang tough there pardner, I know you'll be okay...take some time off and
recharge your batteries.
