long time no see.  (After IPC Optoelectronic conference, I believe we are
heading to the electronic/photonics integration soon....)  I need some help:
I am looking for high quality PWB prototype house who can manufacture small
quantity SIR coupons:  The material is standard FR4 with Tg > 150 C, comply
wiht IPC Class III requirements.  The quantity is 50 to 60 test coupons
(non IPC standard test coupons).  I assume 2 or 3 panels will be required,
depend upon the panel size.  The surface finish is bare copper with edge
standard ZIF gold finishing.  Any leads are appreciated.
