This is the overall regulation for safety in the workplace. Basically, it has
mandatory things in it that you must comply with, and a suggested means to
conduct a hazard assessment of your workplace. Bottomline, is it is
reasonable to forsee an employee getting burned from solder, then as an
employer you are to make sure people wear the proper clothing...
