It checks the integrity of the plated through holes and what their life will
be. Talk to Bill Burch at PWB Interconnect 819-684-9849, he is both the
machine builder, offers testing, and the recognized expert on the subject.
There is also an IPC-t-650 method for the testing plus will soon be a
technical report from the IPC on IST. The web site is
