I would like to thank all the vendor sent me the quote and all the
TechNeters who forward my request to the proper personnel.  Two of the PWB
prototype houses provided all the service I have specified (I know I am
picky), including the extractable ionic reading of the PWB using Omaga
meter (reading taken after the curve stablize, not at fix time cut-off),
and willing issue the C of C.  Thanks again for all the help.
