Scott,

In some applications we use a Thermalloy product 4170 (for TO-220 packages)
and 4180 (for TO-218 packages).

However, we have switched most of our designs to Isostrate or Thermstrate
made by Power Devices, Inc.

I am looking for a manufacturer of aluminium oxide insulators for TO-220
devices. I have used them in the past but I cannot recall who made them. Any
help would be appreciated.
