Hi everybody,
I'm looking for some kind of solder mask that we can use for touch up
before the rework. Sometime, the operator remove the solder mask on the
trace between via pads with there solder wick. To replace the solder mask,
we have "Overcoat Pen" from CHEMTRONICS, but the datasheet say it's max
temperature is 200 C. Since our join reach 210 C in the rework, we want a
product more resistant to the heat ( like a real solder mask ). Anyone have
a suggestion ??? thank in advance.
