To everyone, you are amazing! Thank you so very much! I never thought that I
would get such a response to my question. Every single input that was posted
has merit, and has very good food for thought.

This thread to me, gave solid information on why us EMS providers exist...and
why we may not be a fit for certain customers. That is EXACTLY what I was
looking for!

Yeah, we can take on business and say that we'll do this and that, and
everything will be just as you like it, but what I've learned from you all,
is that the end sometimes doesn't justify the means...there has to be a true
partnership, and a understanding of what the overall goal is for both parties
when deciding to outsource, so that it's a win-win for everyone. I suppose
that's nothing new, but this discussion truely illustrated that point.

I've shared all your wonderfull posts with the sales person here who
originally asked me the question, and we've both learned a great deal,
thank-you all very much!!
