Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a published change history for IPC-A-610?
Specifically, I'm interested in the changes from Rev B to Rev C.  I have an
assembly manufactured 3.5 years ago that has now failed.  Upon inspection of
the workmanship, there are numerous defect conditions present.  Prior to
going after the manufacturer, I would like to verify the workmanship
standards to which the product should have been built to originally.
