Florian,
it is not unusual to do a second pass with LPI soldermask. We have
implemented this process years ago using a white LPI ink over the already
green
LPI. You want to make sure that the first pass is fully cured before
applying
the second pass. The reason we apply this process is for 3oz. copper plated
traces for it is very difficult to silkscreen 6 mil wide characters over
these high
traces.
