The following labs are what I am looking for:

1. Thermal resistance measurement labs, using JEDEC standards
2. Material labs with DMA,TMA,DSC.services...
3. Electrical characterization labs, dielectric constants...

I have used a few before. I hope to know more and find the best ones,
particularly interested in ones in Silicon Valley. Any information is
welcome.
