If you can get your hands on the Circuit Technology guide cd in guide #8.2.2 there is a good video that shows the process of using a tweezer iron. In regards to assuring your customer I would explain the process such as you did for technet. But also go into the hand soldering operation. Mention about skip soldering, process control, operator skills/training/certifications. How knowledgeable is your customer in hand soldering or rework?
