You can find information on handling, packaging, storage, etc. of moisture
sensitive devices in JEDEC standard J-STD-033, available through the JEDEC
website at http://www.jedec.org.

Subject: [TN] Moisture sensitivity

Experts!!

I'm helping a counterpart ask a few questions and i hope someone ,
somewhere might be able to help.

1) Where might someone go for information on ceramic packages? (LTCC)

2a) How are moisture sensitive finished ICs packages usually transported?
(tape and reel?)
2b) Do people use some sort of a moisture/water indicator (tape or any
other form)? if so, where/who can i get some samples from?

Regards,
Hann
