I believe that Section 5 of IPC-2222 has what you are looking for.
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to give any typical values for the
parameters.
(maybe something that could be included)
One of our manufacturers has a chart of guidelines that may help though.

Angle of 'V'=45 degrees
min distance from copper feature to edge of V = 0.5mm
V-groove width = 0.16mm for 0.8mm thick boards, 0.5mm for 1.6mm, 0.8mm for
2.4mm.
0.1mm horizontal separation between the point of the Vs.
Vertical separation between V points = 0.4mm for 0.8mm thk, 0.5 for 1.6mm,
0.6 for 0.8mm

Worth checking with your intended manufacturer.
