All,
I was going thru IPC-ET-652 document and observed that there is no test
voltage values specified for any class of the boards. How this test voltage
is being decided? I have seen fab houses uses 100V, 250V and even 500V. How
one should define the test voltage rather than someone/I select it
arbitrarily? Do I have to spell it out on the drawing? How others are
handling the fab test parameter including
Maximum Continuity Resistance and Minimum Isolation Resistance?
