Does anyone have experience with ISFET pH electrodes
for monitoring ammonia etchers?  Are they any more
stable than glass bulb electrodes?

Honeywell claims to be the only supplier of ISFETs
suitable for process monitoring applications (under
the DuraFET brand name).  Any truth to this?
