Subject: [TN] Dendritic growth on top of capacitors
Hi All,
Anyone experience dentritic growth observations on top of capacitors (on a
particular location of the assembly)? I am being told that we are observing
white material growth on capacitors within 2 weeks in an environmental
chamber during testing.
What are potential causes?
Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Kamalesh
