Have a monster board, to me, that needs someone capable of producing it. Not
looking for free hand outs or BS solicitations. Looking for design and
fabrication suggestions as well as a proven ability to do the job.
Qualification process will follow.

The board is 16 layers with internally etched inductors, parasitic caps, and
some tuneable circuitry/devices. Anyway, I'm looking for someone who can
build the board, hopefully using epoxy formulations with a 4.6 DC and 5 and
10 core/preg constructions throughout.

Requires strict image and etch process management. Cannot live with IPC 20%
stuff. Willing to pay for the right stuff. Contact me at

Also need input concerning 0603's and glue. Are all you folks having no
problems placing glue dots under these things with no intrusion into solder
joints. Asking because I couldn't get it done 2 years ago. If successful,
what's changed.
