The polygon fill is one area of RS-274X that the various CAM systems do not
all interpret equally well.  The best solution for now is to disable the use
of the G36 and G37 command codes in the Gerber output.  PADS PowerPCB has a
check box in the Gerber setup screen for this purpose.  While this creates a
large output file, I haven't yet had any problems with a vendors' CAM system
misinterpreting the Gerber data.
