You have to be careful with this one... Most copper planes look like
Alpine Lace cheese (well, most of the ones I have made...). You could
take, as an example, a cross-section of the board design, subtract all the
openings and clearances, and use the result to plug into one of the
Internet-available calculators to figure current at a given copper weight
and temperature rise. This would get you close to what you want.

the current carrying capacity of different weight
copper planes (not traces)..
