Do you want to de-epoxy the solder mask and substrate, as well? :-(
The only stuff I know of is hot phenol, which should get you down to the
glass fibres, given enough time (say 1 week). However, phenol is a REAL
NASTY for you as well as for the PCBs.

PS Do you think the splash down calculations are accurate? I believe you
will get a good view from Fiji, if you survive :-(
