Hi Mike,
I attended several buried capacitance presentations at APEX. Here
are the BC material suppliers listed in my tech proceedings:
BC2000 (formerly ZBC); HADCO/Polyclad (www.polyclad.com)
EmCap; HADCO/Polyclad (www.polyclad.com)
HiK; DuPont
C-ply; 3M
unnamed material; Allied (now Isola)
