A question: surely, it could be argued in a court that the copper track
design is copyright???? After all, it is a PRINTED circuit and all
PRINTED matter is de facto copyright unless it states specifically it is
in the public domain, and particularly if it is marked as copyright.
However, there is a counter-argument, a copy of all printed matter
should be filed with the appropriate national library. Does this also
apply to PCBs??????????????????? :-)
