The five "S" Levels of Excellence are broken down into these levels:

Level 5 - "FOCUS ON PREVENTION'

Level 4 - "FOCUS ON CONSISTENCY"

Level 4 - "MAKE IT VISUAL"

Level 3 - "FOCUS ON BASICS"

Level 1 - "JUST BEGINNING"

Each of the above levels are the major elements of the 5 S's, which are further
composed of the 5 S's of "SORTING, SIMPLIFYING, SWEEPING, STANDARDIZING &
SELF-DISCIPLINE.

Can anyone offer the phonetic pronunciation for the five S's that are the
keys to lean manufacturing?

Also, is there a forum similar to TechNet that focuses on lean
