Good Morning, 
Is the non-soldered termination slightly lifted?  0402's in my experience have a tendenancy to lift if the pad layout isn't right.
Have you performed any solderability tests of the suspect parts to determine solderability?

Does anyone have solderability issues with 0402 capacitors? We adjusted our reflow profiles a few times according to different manufacturers but so far have not completely resolved the problem. What we noticed was no-soldered of terminal(s) at random locations, and didn't appear to be manufacturer specific.
 
Any suggestion on how to approach this?
