Kevin,

I looked at your picture (I put it up on my freedrive if anybody else wants a
look). Go to:

It does look like to me that there definitely is some sort of wetting issue
there. Like Phil asked, is that pin tied to a ground or power plane? It kinda
looks like to me that
it's almost a cold solder joint, the way it didn't flow out to the end of the
pad. Are all the failures the same location, same pin? Might be something
about the layout that sucks all the heat away from that location...
