It ain't as simple as that: of course, you can increase the temp and
humidity to 70°C and 95% RH, and shorten the test, but will you obtain
the same answers? In most cases, you won't, but the relationship is
unpredictable. Just as one simple explanation, amongst many, any flux
residues may sublime at 70°C, where they won't at lower temperatures: if
they do, then you are less likely to obtain catastrophic results that
would be reproduced in a real life situation.
