Could it be Braille dots? Or tactile graphics?

Subject: [TN] Dial buttons

Hello TechNeters,

Today I came across the need to define the the two tiny bulges
that are molded on the digit 5 of a telephony Dial Pad design.
(it meant for the blind people)

I wonder how this two little dots are formally called .

Thanks in advance
