     Can you share on the solder joint integrity of this type of 1206 quad
resistor network under temperature excursion range form -40 to 105 (or 125 deg.
C) ?
How many temperature cycles of this type of components can endure ?

     Do you have any experience with the capacitor network too ? Thanks for
sharing !

Hi Andy,

Looking at the *.PDF file, these are leaded (or "outties" as I have called
them), there are other types with a castellated termination
("innies"...hehehe, kinda' like belly-buttons).

Seriously, I have found less soldering problems with the castellated types.
Like you, I have discovered bridges, opens, etc. when using the "leaded" chip
networks...I don't have a good fix for your problems, other than to change to
a castellated network. You shouldn't need to change anything if you switch to
them, they'll fit in the same footprint, and you won't have all the defects...

 1206 quad resistor packages like Yageo TC and YC series components. The
 problems are usually solder related and the result is typically a bridge or
 open. In the past we have used a standard land pattern, similar to that
 recommended by Yageo
 http://www.yageo.com.tw/D/index_4.htm and I am interested to hear of anyone
 else's experiences. Maybe a different land pattern would produce better
 production results?
