I am looking for recommendations for soldering equipment that will allow us
to assemble and rework the small quantity of boards we do.  We usually only
build up one or two pieces.  We have only been doing smt for a year or so.
Some fine pitch, no BGA's yet, top and bottom sides of the board.

Anybody have any recommendations?
