Ken,

I don't know of any machine that will do both. There are several good
machines on the that will strip the wire and there are several clever ways
to keep the wire captive in the circuit board through the soldering process.
One method I have seen is a die set that uses eyelets and creates a "one way
grip" connector in the circuit board. This application works best with
solid wire, but should also work with stranded wire. This fastening system
was seen at Cambridge Automatic 508-653-9002 and they are located in Natick,
Massachusetts.

Subject: [TN] Wire stripping and forming machine

Dear Technetters,
I am looking for a machine which can strip the outer PVC sleeving at the
ends of
a wire, then form the stripped ends to such a shape that after it's inserted
into the pcb hole the wire will not lift up during wire handling and
wavesoldering.

Thanks,
KenF
