At present there is no Spec that talks directly to ENIG or ENi/IAu. This
spec is presently being written by the IPC Plating Subcommittee 4-14.
A DRAFT for peer review may be available as early as April 1st, 2001.
You and anyone who reads this is welcome to participate in the committee
conference calls. Your participation ensures that any issues of concern to
you or your organization are addressed. You may select to be on the mailing
list for the committe minutes and interact with the committe via e-mail. The
next Concall is scheduled for 11:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday
February 16th, 2001.
I may be reached at [log in to unmask] phone:(516)868-8800 X269
