Lisa, I never noticed any, nor was I ever made aware of customer field failures. Honestly, I never initiated any failure mode analysis. I did, however, make mistakes (like bumping the BGA and not knowing it, causing it to bounce the substrate off of the jig) and was able to repeat the process with great success! Does this help??
