Hello

Does anyone have any ideas where I could find out more information by
"constructional type" of the predicted life and failings, due to ageing, of
discrete high reliability /military standard electronic components?

We want to have confidence that electronic components fitted to a 25 year old
system will continue to function for 35 years. These components are in a sealed (
non hermetic) benign environment rarely being powered up. Does anyone have any
histories/references by "constructional type" of discrete electronic components
degrading and failing due to age?
