Hi -

A client would like me to find manufacturers of
equipment for flex circuit fab on roll-to-roll plastic
substrates - specifically photolithography, coating
and dry-etch equipment.

The client is interested in photolithography of fine
lines - anything 10 microns or less - and in coating
techniques and equipment capable of applying thin
photoresist coatings of 10 microns or less.

I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have, on
tech details, vendor directories, or specific
vendors/manufacturers of this equipment.
