Brian,
Why do you feel you can't run LCDs through the wash? We have ran LCD displays through the
wave and a soaponified wash for over 15 years here. I don't know of any field reliability
issues on these units.
I agree with Kelly's last comment on the inhale due to cooling the part too rapidly. This is
the reason I like to see a slight temperature increase in each wet section of my washer.
