Kay Nimmo has stated her preference for 0.1 percent lead impurity over 0.2
percent in "lead-free" solders. What is the preference based on? Why not
0.01 percent? Why not "none detectable"? How is the decision to be made? Who
gets to make it? Without the answer to the last two questions, what's the
point of picking a value?
