Hello to everyone,
We are looking into crowning the rollers of our HRL-24
used for the lamination of innerlayers. I have been unable
to locate any standard on the amount of crowning to be used.
I have heard anywhere from .002" - .010". I would like to laminate
between 50 - 60 psi. Also, at these higher pressures what would
be an appropriate durometer for the roller.
Any help or other advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
