IPC 7th Annual National Conference on Flexible Circuits 2001
"A Technology Comes of Age"

Participate in the electronic interconnection industry's most important forum dedicated exclusively to flex circuitry! In six years, the IPC National Conference on Flexible Circuits has drawn over 1000 users, manufacturers and suppliers of flex from across the United States and world. This year's event promises another outstanding opportunity to learn and contribute to the industry.  On June 10, IPC will provide one-day workshops.  Tabletop exhibits will complement the technical conference on June 11th and 12th.

Papers for the technical conference are sought in all areas including:

· New Product Applications
· National and World Market Trends
· Design Strategies for Flex
· Material Alternatives
· Processing Innovations
· Fine Line Flex-Increasing Interconnect Density
· Flex Assembly
· Fine Pitch and High Density Packaging for Flex
· Reliability and Testing Data

The two-day IPC National Conference on Flexible Circuits 2001 offers time slots between 30 minutes and one hour. Some papers may be grouped together in a forum or panel discussion. 

To submit an abstract, please submit your full contact information (name, title, company, address, fax, phone, email) along with your abstract of 200-300 words AND a brief biography.  Indicate proposed presentation length (30, 45 or 60 minutes) and general topic category (Design, Fabrication, Assembly, Materials, Market, Applications, or Other). Please remember to indicate if the proposed paper has been presented before and if so, when and where it was presented.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 2, 2001. 

Presentation materials and papers must be non-commercial in nature, focusing on technology rather than a company's product. It is mandatory to provide a print-quality paper or hard copies of visuals for the conference proceedings in order to deliver an oral presentation. If your paper is accepted, the deadline for paper submission is May 11, 2001.

Presenters at the IPC National Conference on Flexible Circuits will receive full conference admission, including refreshments, lunches, and the proceedings at no charge. The technical conference registration fee will be $475 for IPC members and $575 for non-members.

For information on or an application for a tabletop exhibit, please contact Alexandra Curtis at 847/790-5377. The fee for a tabletop exhibit is $675 for IPC member companies and $875 for non-members and includes admission for one person to the technical conference.
 
NOTE: All Proposals must be received prior to March 2, 2001
