IPC-SM-782A Amendment 1 says 0.40mm, and 1.80mm long. The pin width is
probably a maximum of 0.38mm, so this should work fine. Might want to get
a copy of IPC-SM-782A and the amendment. They are worth their weight in
gold and more. For a MQFP, use the SQFP/QFP (Square) data in the 782
guideline.

Dear Tech Netters,

Happy new years to all !!

We are using 80 pin MQFP where pin width is 0.38 mm and the gap betwen two
pins are 0.65 mm.

What should be the size of pad?

Thanks ane regards,

Ketan Bhatt
