 The Smoky Mountain Chapter of the IPC Designers
Council will be meeting from 6:00pm - 9:00pm EST
on Thursday, 25 January, 2001 in the Breakfast
Room of the Best Western Luxbury Motel at
420 Peters Road North in West Knoxville.

 Glenn Wells, who will be here to conduct the
IPC Designer Certification [CID] Workshop and
Exam this week, will give a talk on "Assembly
Problems caused by Board Design." In addition
to being the first non IPC staff member certified
as an instructor for the CID course, Glenn is a
1999 Top Gun Award Winner [the PCD Magazine PCB
Designers competition held at PCB East & West], an
Instructor for the PCB Design program at Collin
County Community College, and an employee of
Intelect Network Technologies in Richardson,
Texas. Don't miss this opportunity to spend an
enlightening evening with Glenn.

 We'll have pizza & social hour from 6-7 and the
presentation followed by chapter business from
7-9 pm. Pizza is provided free by the chapter.

 Please RSVP by Wednesday evening if you plan
to attend so we can get a head count for pizza.
