We have been using resistor arrays for about 4 years, with no reported
problems, and capacitor arrays for about 1 year with no reported failures.
This only applies to using reflow techniques. Good overall experience so
far, from the Vishay 16 pin CRA12 series R-array to the Panasonic EXB
R-array in the 3.2 by 1.6 mm package. C-arrays typically come in just the
4 element package.

Hi:

Anyone has experience in using those leadless resistor and capacitor
array
on the FR#4 board. Can anyone share with me on its reliability result under
thermal cycling and process challenges ? Very much appreciated !
