Note that IPC 6012 is used in conjunction with IPC-A-600F. The former is
based more on quantitative measures, and the latter primarily used for
guidance of conditions apparent using visual inspection.

If a fabricator states the boards are built to IPC-A-600 are the
requirements of 6010 series assumed/required? This is how I interpret
IPC-A-600F Section 1.5.
