I need to find a source for test boards that can be used to qualify a new
wavesolder and cleaning process for class 3 under J-Std-001C. The test
boards need to have top side surface mount, through hole and bottom side
surface mount patterns that provide for SIR testing similar to the IPC-B-36
circuitry.

In addition, I'm looking for recommendations from class 3 manufacturers on
water soluble fluxes that have been qualified to J-Std-001. Do not recommend
HF-1189A, I am currently qualified for this material and I wish to get away
from this material.

Our new equipment has a spray fluxer.

I am also interested in other recent experiences for this qualification
process.

I plan to publish the entire qualification process as part of the
requirements that I need towards my Masters Degree in Industrial Technology.
