Just a thought:  Maybe you could datapaq/mole the outside of the machine
over a few hours and then figure it out based on surface area.

The heat output will depend upon the profile you are running, but I would
have thought the machine vendor could give you a figure for a typical
profile which should be good enough for sizing air con. If they can't help
then you could get the energy input by monitoring the supply current to the
machines over few hours typical usage (machines current rating will give a
massive overestimate - you might need to hire suitable kit to do this) and
then subtract from this an estimate of how much heat is going out via the
extraction system rather than leaking into the room (you should know
roughly the extraction flow rate so if you measure the extracted air
temperature you can easily calculate heat flow).
