Thanks for your reply. The pin material is copper.

We do not want to dip solder it immediately because the vendor does not have the
setup and skilled worker to do so. Are there simpler and cheaper process?

Better give us the compositions of the pins before we give you a solution.
Copper?

Can you immediately solder dip them after trim?
