Have you explained all this to your customer? You stated the customer
was concerned, it has been my experience with customers they are
typically concerned until they learn more about the condition[s] or
criteria.

My comment is send what you posted to the group, to your customer. You
might also copy him/her on the applicable IPC documents. This approach
has worked well for me.
