Hi All,
We are about to use a 0.8mm pitch uBGA on our latest design, and
as we only
have the one device of this type on the board, would like to avoid using
uVias.
Has anyone routed this type of device using conventional vias.

We use a 0.45mm pad on the uBGA.

Any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated.
